For DesignLab's Responsible Futuring exhibit at the Dutch Innovation Days, we created ten custom Lumo Shadow Lamps to illuminate visions of a more responsible future. Suspended high in an old church tower in Enschede, each lamp cast soft, reflective imagery that invited hundreds of visitors to pause and contemplate the future of design and responsibility. The response was overwhelmingly positive, the client ended up ordering more lamps afterward for a permanent exhibition at the University of Twente. It was our very first commission, and seeing our lamps spark reflection and conversation was a moment never forgotten!
